This Privacy Policy is integral to and is part of our Website Terms of Service. The following information is intended to inform you how we collect, use and safeguard the Personal Information you provide to us on and through the Site.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, references to “Products” means Growfio’s custom websites and designs and other products you may purchase from us, and “Services” means the hosting services and any management and other services we provide to you.

What is Personal Information?

How Your Personal Information Used?

We use your Personal Information to allow you to shop for and purchase our Products and Services through the Site, for processing and completing your orders on the Site (which orders are governed by their own, separate Terms and Conditions of Sale), making deliveries to you, and responding to your requests and inquiries. If you contact us using the forms on the Site for this purpose, we will keep records of your correspondence and our interactions. If you do not wish to provide certain Personal Information to us through the Site as requested, you may not be able to obtain the full spectrum of Products and Services we offer to Site visitors (e.g., you may not purchase a website, a domain name or our design and/or management services through this Site if you are unwilling to provide your name and billing information in order to process your order, etc.).

We may develop a confidential internal personal profile for you, which is used to provide personalized Products and Services to you. We may also disclose Personal Information to appropriate third-party service providers if you have given us express permission to do so, for example by voluntarily entering a contest or sweepstakes, or by making a purchase on this Site, in which cases we will provide your Personal Information to register you for the contest or sweepstakes you have entered, or use your Personal Information to charge your payment source provided to us with an order through our payment processing partners, or to ship your orders.
