What happens after I purchase a website management plan?
After your order goes through, we’ll send you an email within 24 hours asking you to provide us with your current web hosting and domain provider login information. Once we’re able to sign into your hosting account, we’ll clone your website onto one of our servers. From there we’ll point your domain name to the new server and begin managing your site.
Can I upgrade my website management plan?
You sure can! Send us an email about upgrading and we can do it for you. If you’re on our Redwood Plan and want more hours of included monthly website changes, we can create a custom plan for you.
What if I request more website changes than my plan includes?
If you need us to make website changes that take more time than the included monthly amount, we’ll let you know either in advance or when we reach that point when making changes. For website revisions, our rate is $80 per hour and we bill in 15-minute increments. We’ll send you an invoice at the end of the month, and the amount due can be paid via card or PayPal. Invoices have a 30-day payment window.
